June 15th: We are accepting reservations for New Hampshire residents and out-of-state residents.
HUTTOPIA SOUTHERN MAINE
We accept reservations for stays after July 1st for ME, MA, NH, NY, NJ, CT and VT residents; and for other states visitors who answer to one of these criteria:
– You have quarantined 14 days in the state of Maine
– You are entering Maine to quarantine for 14 days
– You (and those in your party over 18 years old) have tested negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours of entering the state of Maine (Huttopia will not ask to see your test results)
June 5th : The site is now open.
For the safety and well-being of our clients and staff, we might offer limited services within our facility, in accordance with government guidelines.
The swimming pool is open (From September 8th: only on weekends) with a strict procedure, following government guidelines. Guests will need to book a time at their arrival on site. We also kindly ask guests to bring their own chair to use at the pool.
All our services are now open following government guidelines : restaurant (from September 8th: only on weekends), main lodge, kids playgrounds, activities…
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Stays from 15 May to 30 June
To allow you to book your summer vacations with even more peace of mind, we now offer you the possibility of modifying your stay up to 2 days before the start of your booking (only the rate difference will be applicable) and cancelling your stay up to 8 days before the start of your booking (excluding No Flex stays).
Stays from July 1st
To allow you to book your summer holidays with even more peace of mind, we now offer you the possibility of modifying (the rate difference will be applicable) or cancelling your stay up to 8 days before the start of your booking, a 25USD or 30CAD fee will be charged (excluding No Flex stays).
What happens if the resorts cannot open?
In the event that our sites cannot open on May 15th, all customers with cancelled stays will be able to change their dates of stay (only the rate difference will be applicable) or receive a refund.
