We are currently experiencing an unprecedented situation as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic.
We are monitoring the situation in the United States and Canada very closely.

We are happy to announce we are preparing to open and look forward to welcoming you in 2021 to get a change of scenery and enjoy nature and the great outdoors.




We are now open. If you have traveled to a foreign country in the last 10 days before your stay, we will ask you to sign a document indicating that you have completed your quarantine.

All our services and activities are open. There may be restrictions on the capacity of indoor and aquatic areas, in accordance with government regulations.

Our restaurant is now open. A maximum of 10 people per table, or from 3 different residences inside. A maximum of 20 people per table outside. It is forbidden for customers to change tables for the duration of their presence in the establishment. A register will be kept.
Our swimming pool is open with a time slot reservation system upon arrival. We advise you to reserve your time slot upon arrival to be able to enjoy the pool at the desired time. We allow 50 people in the pool area at one time.

Please note: Only occupants of 3 residences may be in a tourist accommodation unit in groups of up to 10 people.

Special COVID-19 booking conditions:

Dates of stays may be changed at any time, upon: presentation of a medical certificate and/or a positive COVID-19 test, issued less than 14 days prior to stay; presentation of documents from a health authority ordering a customer to quarantine, issued less than 14 days prior to stay; modification of international or state border laws preventing guests from travelling to the location of stay. Any other request for change of stay due to COVID-19 will be considered on an individual basis.
Stays may not be cancelled due to COVID-19 only.

New ‘Zen’ Rate for booking with peace of mind:

If you want to book with more flexibility, you may now select our new ‘Zen Rate’. Stays may be cancelled or changed without charge up until 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of a change of dates, if the rate of the new booking exceeds that of the original booking, payment of the remaining balance will be required.

What happens if the resorts cannot open?

In the event that our sites cannot open on May 14th, all customers with cancelled stays will be able to change their dates of stay (only the rate difference will be applicable) or receive a refund.
