Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome! For the comfort of all, only one pet is accepted per rental unit or per pitch, with a supplement. Your pet must be vaccinated and kept on a leash. However, it is not allowed to enter the pool area.
Are the properties accessible to people with reduced mobility?
All our sites have sanitary facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility. However, the natural configuration of the sites (steep gradients, stony paths, etc.) can make getting around some of the villages very difficult. Before any reservation, please do not hesitate to contact our central office to assist you at +1 844-488-8674.
Can I choose a site number or specify a preference?
Site numbers are randomly assigned.
Are there any rules in place?
Yes, we ask our clients to be quiet after 10pm, to respect the sleep of others. Fireworks are strictly forbidden at all times. Failure to respect these rules will result in the permanent and immediate exclusion from the site for the whole group, without the possibility of a refund.
What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?
The minimum length of stay varies according to the destination, the type of accommodation or the period. You will find this information on the Rates tab of the destination of your choice.
Bookings of more than 30 nights are not possible on the internet, please contact the reservation center by phone at +1 844-488-8674.
Capacity of the rentals and pitches – vehicles
How many people can camp on the same site?
The maximum capacity allowed on a pitch for your own tents is 6 people (including children and babies).
If you exceed this maximum capacity, you will have to reserve a second pitch.
The basic pitch package includes 2 people. Extra people (adults or children) are therefore subject to an extra charge.
What is the maximum capacity of the rental accommodations?
The maximum capacity of all our rental accommodations is between 2 and 6 people (including baby). You must consult our accommodation pages to find out the capacity of each accommodation.
The maximum capacity is the one indicated. For safety and comfort reasons, it is not possible to go beyond this. If you exceed this maximum capacity, you will have to book a second accommodation.
How many vehicles per pitch or rental?
Only one vehicle is included in the price of your pitch or rental. In the spirit of Huttopia, we try to limit traffic on our sites to preserve peace of mind. Any additional vehicle will be subject to a supplement.
Are your activities free?
In all Huttopia resorts, a program of activities is offered in July-August, most of them free of charge (in some cases, a contribution may be requested).
Do you offer an activity program for children?
The Huttopia resorts offer children’s activities dedicated to 5 to 12 year olds from July to August in the morning.
What activities are offered on each site?
You can find details and dates of activities on the Activities tab of the destination of your choice.
Services, food & equipment
What leisure facilities can be found on your sites?
You will systematically find on our resorts a foosball table as well as a children’s playground. Some sites offer additional equipment. Find more information on the pages dedicated to the destinations.
How can I find out the opening dates of your swimming pools?
You will find these dates at the bottom of the Activities tab of the destination of your choice. A banner at the bottom of the page will show you the opening dates of the pools. If the dates are not specified, you can call the resort directly for more information.
How can I find out the opening hours and food and beverage offers?
You can find the opening dates of our cafés on the Services tab of the destination of your choice. If the dates are not specified, contact the resort for more information.
Our establishments also offer a bar service or alcohol sold at the on-site shop.
Do we have access to a WIFI network?
You can connect to our wifi network, which is only available in the living centre of our resorts.

How do I make a reservation?
You can book on this website under the BOOK YOUR STAY tab or by contacting us by phone at +1 844-488-8674. To book your stay, you will need to pay in full. We do not accept options.
How do I check availability and calculate the price of my stay?
To find out the exact price for the dates requested, simply simulate a booking on our platform, selecting the dates and type of accommodation you require.
How can I book several pitches or rentals at the same time, or side by side?
Our website allows you to book only one pitch or accommodation at a time. To be sure to book several accommodations and to ask to be side by side, please contact our reservation centre by phone at +1 844-488-8674.
Campsite: my equipment
Why am I being asked about my camping equipment (tent, caravan…)?
At Huttopia, we are always looking for the best compromise between your comfort and nature! We therefore need to know the dimensions of your camping equipment, in order to offer you the ideal pitch with regard to the vegetation.
The surface area of the pitch that will be proposed to you is not related to the size of your equipment but to the natural configuration (trees, access…).
What is the size of my tent and why this question?
A small tent corresponds to a 1 bedroom tent (2 or 3 people), a medium tent to a tent with 2 bedrooms, a large tent to a tent with 3 bedrooms and more. The surface area of the pitch that will be proposed to you is not related to the size of your tent but to the natural configuration (tree in the middle of the pitch …).
Rates: standard or no flex, preference and booking fees
Rental: which rate to choose between STANDARD and NO FLEX?
– The No Flex rate is a preferential rate in return for a reservation which is neither modifiable nor refundable. The No Flex rate, when offered, is only available for bookings made in advance, more than 60 days before the stay.
– The Standard fare allows you to cancel or modify your reservation (up to 8 days before your arrival) under certain conditions.

At the end of your stay we will send you an invoice email summarizing each transaction of your stay.
Modify my stay
You can modify your reservation up to 8 days before your arrival, subject to availability of the desired changes. A 30$ modification fee will be applied.
It depends on the tariff you have chosen:
– The No Flex Tariff does not allow any modification of your stay.
– The Standard Tariff allows you to modify your reservation up to 8 days before your arrival, subject to availability of the desired changes. A 30$ modification fee will be applied. If you modify 8 days before, no refund will be made for any difference in price.
PREPARE FOR YOUR STAY : ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, TO PACK OR TO RENT ON SITE
How is the check-in and check-out process?
On site, arrival is from 2pm and departure at 10am.
In rental accommodation, the keys will be given to you from 4 pm and you will have to return them before 10 am.If you arrive after the check-in time, don’t forget to inform the resort.
A map and a camper’s permit to put in your vehicle will be given to you at your arrival.
Is it possible to make a fire outside?
It is possible to build an outdoor fire in the area reserved for this purpose (unless contraindicated by certain resorts). Each pitch has its own outdoor fire hole. Please note that some camps are on a territory where it is strictly forbidden to make fires.
Where can I get wood?
You can buy bundles of wood at the reception.
What is provided in my rental?
To find out what is included in your rental you can go to the ACCOMMODATIONS tab of the chosen village, then DISCOVER according to the accommodation you have booked, scroll down completely to the bottom of the page, the complete inventory of the rental is available.
Is it possible to leave my pitch and/or rental after 10am?
It is sometimes possible to make a late departure by asking at the reception of the resort, the day before departure at the latest.
What do I have to do when I leave?
On your departure we ask you to empty your fridge, take out your rubbish and put it in the communal bins (usually at the exit of the Huttopia resort) and clean your accommodation (kitchen, dishes, bathroom, living room and bedrooms).
What should I do if I arrive after the reception closes?
If you expect to arrive after 8pm, we ask you to call ahead to find out what to do if you arrive late.
Is there a laundry room available to do my laundry?
Some resorts have a washing machine and dryer. Please ask at the reception desk to find out how it works.
To pack with you
Are sheets and towels provided?
In the Huttopia resorts bed linen and towels are always provided and the beds are made on arrival (beds are not made in 2020 due to new sanitary procedures). However, we advise you to bring your own pool towel.
Are barbecues accepted?
We accept electric or gas barbecues. However, coal barbecues are not accepted.
